Homestay Families
Our homestay families provide a safe, welcoming, and supportive home environment for international students studying at Marlborough Boys’ College. They offer the warmth of family life, opportunities to experience Kiwi culture, and the care needed to help each boy feel settled and supported while away from home.
Outdoor Education
Our outdoor education programme makes the most of nearby mountains, rivers, and coastline. Students develop resilience, teamwork, and leadership through tramping, kayaking, camping, diving and other outdoor pursuits, building confidence and a lifelong connection to the natural environment.
School FEES
General Tuition Fees apply as shown in the Term Dates & Fees page.
Homestay Fees
2026: NZD$320 per week.
2027: NZD$330 per week.
Homestay Administration Fee: One off payment of NZ$350
Outdoor Education Fees
NZD$250 per term
Contingency Fund
Contingency Fund of NZD$500 (A sum of money which we hold for you to cover expenses during your stay), Unused funds will be returned to the student when the stay is over.
